Why a duck?
It started with a picture of Jesus holding a duck.
There's a print of Jesus gently holding a duck. It stuck with Austin because of how carefully the duck is held, like it matters. That's how a business should treat a new lead. You worked hard to get that person to reach out. They shouldn't be dropped just because everyone was busy.
So the duck became the logo, and holding became the job. We keep them warm until your team can call.
