Program name: Lead Duck lead follow-up.
The program sends a text when someone contacts a business that uses Lead Duck, and it can text that business an alert about the lead. The messages are pre-written and approved by the client business. Not AI, just automated.
Who sends the messages
Lead Duck LLC sends the messages on behalf of the client business. A text to a lead may show the client business name. A text to the owner is an alert about their own lead.
Frequency, rates, and opt-out
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@leadduck.net. After STOP, that mobile number is not texted again unless the person opts in again.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The privacy policy is at leadduck.net/privacy.
Consent
We text people who contacted the client business, and we text the client about their own leads. The client business is responsible for having permission before a lead is texted. We can give the business consent wording for its forms. We do not give legal advice.
