Lead Duck LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company. Lead Duck is the name we use with customers. This policy covers leadduck.net and the speed-to-lead follow-up service we run for client businesses.

Information we collect
On this website, the lead-leak audit form collects your name, business name, website, and email. Our host may keep ordinary technical logs, such as browser type and the page requested.
For a client business, we receive the lead details that business sends us. That can include a person's name, email, mobile number, what they asked for, and records of consent to receive texts. We also keep the messages we send, replies, opt-outs, and the alerts we send the client.
How we use it
We use site-form details to answer the audit request and, if you ask, to talk about the service.
We use lead details to send the messages the client business approved, to alert that business when someone replies, and to keep the follow-up record the client asked for. Nothing a lead sees is written by AI. Messages are pre-written and approved by the client.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in records so someone else can market their own products.
Service providers
Companies that host the site, carry text messages, or store records may process information only so we can run this service. They may not use mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing. Phone carriers deliver the texts. That delivery is not a sale of the number.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and message records for as long as the client account needs them to run follow-up, and for as long as the law requires. Audit-form details are kept long enough to do the audit and follow up with you about it.
Your choices
Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@leadduck.net. For privacy questions, email hello@leadduck.net. A person who contacted a client business can also ask that business to stop follow-up.
Children
This site and service are for businesses. They are not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
